Old character work from the summer of 2010. Instead of having Cerberus guarding the doors to Hell I decided to put Orthrus, its conceptual cousin, in its place - as I had other ideas for Cerberus. Really can’t say I knew how to draw a dog back then. The various studies were experimentation on the different possible approaches to a front-facing two-headed figure.

I’ll probably revisit Orthrus and the rest of the cast of IO once the motivation to work on it returns.
